Show V7e-Ak-flvis Enjoy Special Musical Proaram ml Mrs. Carol Draper was hostess to the members of the We-Ak-Avi Club at her home Thursday afternoon. af-ternoon. Mrs. Blanche Houchen was in charge of the program for the afternoon and chose to use Christmas music as the theme for her program. Mrs. Houchen read a most clever introduction to her audience describing the different kinds of notes, then the oneos participating carried out this description. The program was as follows: Piano solos by tiny JoAnn Duncan; Dun-can; selections from a ladies trio composed of club members, Mrs. Elaine Southwick, Mrs. Houchen and Mrs. Belle Webster; Christmas Christ-mas carols on the accordion by Bessie Dover; two accordion numbers num-bers by Roger Higbee, and the program was closed bv a beautiful beauti-ful vocal solo "The Holy City" by Bonnie Jean Riddle, accompanied accom-panied by Alan Seegmiller. Following the program the ladies la-dies planned their Christmas party, par-ty, and refreshments were served to 14 members. |
