Show NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Administrator Adminis-trator of the estate of Byant Hod-rick, Hod-rick, deceased, proposes to sell at Administrator's Sale, to the highest bidder, what is commonly com-monly known as the Byant Hed-rick Hed-rick property located approximately approxim-ately two miles northeast of Beryl, Utah, particularly described de-scribed as follows: The North half of Section 26. Township 33 South, Range 16 West, Salt Lake Meridian, containing con-taining 320 acres, more or less. Together with all improvements, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. All persons interested in purchasing pur-chasing said property are requested re-quested to submit written, sealed seal-ed bids to the undersigned Administrator Ad-ministrator of said estate at Beryl. Utah, or to Morris & Ma-theson, Ma-theson, attorneys for said estate, Bank of Southern Utah Building, Cedar City, Utah, on or before the 30th day of March, 1953. Forms of bid will be supplied by said attorneys upon request.
