Show State BPW Officers To Attend Joint Southern Utah Meet Members of the Cedar City and ; St. George Business and Professional Profes-sional Women's clubs were reminded re-minded today, by Mamie Eck, that Miss C. Jean Shonka state I president of the organization will j conduct a meeting in Cedar City i for the two clubs Saturday, Mar. 21. Miss Eck, chairman of the joint meeting of the clubs in issuing is-suing the reminder to club members mem-bers stressed the importance ofj the visit from the state president presi-dent and the five state officers that will accompany her to bring to the southern Utah club an outline of state, national, and local activities as planned for the coming year. ! Attending the joint meeting with Miss Shonka will be Mrs. Marcella Finlay, Midvale, first vice president; Miss Ada Burt, Salt Lake Citv, second vice president; presi-dent; Miss Jewel Jacobsen, Logan, Lo-gan, recording secretary; Mrs. Lyle Cardell, Ogden, treasurer, and Miss Anna E. Erickson, Frig-ham Frig-ham City, corresponding secretary. secre-tary. The meeting will be held at El Escalante hotel and will be in the form of a dinner meeting with the state officers handling the evening's discussions. |
