Show I Trenton Scouts Honor Former Residents During Family Week A former Cedar City resident and his family played an important import-ant role in the Scout Family Theme of Boy Scout Week in Trenton, Neb. according to a newspaper report received from Cambridge, Neb. All members of the family of Ellis J. Armstrong, former local resident, are active in scouting in Cambridge. Ellis is the intltu-tional intltu-tional representative of Pack 205, a sustaining member of the Corn-husker Corn-husker Council and president of the Trenton Rotary club which sponsors the Pack or Troop. Mrs. Armstrong is Den Mother for Den 3, Pack 205, and their son Larry, age 8, is a Wolf Cub of the Pack. Dale Armstrong, age 12, Is assistant patrol leader of the Flying Eagle troop, and Bruce, is an Explorer and patrol leader of the Daniel Boone patrol. Mr. Armstrong, who is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Armstrong, who now reside at Provo, is a graduates grad-uates of the Cedar City high school and the Branch Agricultural Agricul-tural college. He is a construction engineer with the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation in charge of the Trenton Dam project. |
