Show 'CammisricmersName Two New County Fair Board Members At the regular meeting of the Board of Iron County Commissioners Commis-sioners on Monday of last week two new members were named to the Iron County Fair board, and one member was re-appointed to serve for another term. The apponntments were made by the I commission to complete the fair organization for this year's exposition expo-sition which will be held in Parowan Par-owan early in September. The new members were Earl Bunn, Parowan, named to take the place of John H. Pendleton. and V. R. Magleby, named to replace re-place Lanell N. Lunt, both of Cedar Ce-dar City The retiring men had completed their terms on the board. Ralph Gardner of Beryl was re-appointed at the expiration expira-tion of his term as a member of the county fair board. Other members of the board who are holdovers, are Thales Brown, J. Harold Mitchell and Ivan Decker, Parowan; Wes Mul-lett, Mul-lett, Cedar City, with Jess Guy-mon Guy-mon representing the County Commission in an advisory capacity. ca-pacity. Mrs. Karl O. Mitchell, Parowan, was held over as chah- j man of the Women's division of the Iron County Fair. A manager for the 1953 event will be named at an early meeting meet-ing of the newly organized general gen-eral board. |
