The bedrooms have a bath between and two wardrobe type closets with storage space above. The hall has two closets. The galley type kitchen places cabinets on opposite walls, sink and refrigerator on outside wall and range and work counters on the inside. A dining area is at the end. The utility room has space for heating unit and laundry facilities as well as storage cabinet and closet. The front door can be reached from the kitchen through the utility room without using the living room. The fireplace has corner shelves and is located so that the chimney can be used for the heating plant. Plans call for insulated slab on gravel or cinder fill without with-out basement. Exterior walls are veneered with face brick. The roof has asphalt shingles. Overall dimensions are 44 feet 8 inches wide by 28 feet 8 inches deep.
