Show NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE FOR LIEN Notice is hereby given that a lien for Grazing and feed upon certain livestock belonging to Art House, in care of E. F. Nic-kle, Nic-kle, at North Las Vegas, Nevada, and being one Sorrel Mare, about 6 years old and weighing about 1,000 pounds, no markings; One 3-year old Gurnsey cow branded WK or MK on side; One Gurnsey Pull Calf about 1-month old, no mark, and one yearling Steer, Gurnsey, no mark, now held by 1he undersigned for Grazing and feed bestowed upon said cattle and horse, and 5 other animals between the 1st day of September, Septem-ber, 1947 and the 20th day of May, 1950 and more than thirty days prior to the 30th day of June, 1950, is being foreclosed. The amount claimed to be due thereon at the time of the first publication of this notice, for the grazing and feed furnished, is the sum of $375.00 which is the total sum claimed, and said lien is being foreclosed by Advertisement Ad-vertisement of Sale. The time and place of the sale is Monday, Mon-day, the 7th day of Aug., 1950, At the ranch of the undersigned at Rush Lake, Utah at 12:00 noon of said day at which time and place the property will be sold to the higest bidder.
