Show Last Rites Set . Today for George Urie, 68 Funeral services are being conducted con-ducted in the Second ward chapel this afternoon for George Kenneth Ken-neth Urie, 68, who died Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Urie died following follow-ing a long illness of complications complica-tions resulting from an attack of undulant fever about ten years ago. Mr. Urie was born In Cedar City on January 11, 1882, a son of George and Alice Jane Perry Urie, pioneer Cedar City residents. He married Margaret Mackel-prang Mackel-prang of Cedar City In the St. George temple on June 25, 1907. He retired from business in Ce- tit. ntxt In 1 OTQ gfto, hivlnn nn. erated a meat market and grocery gro-cery store for more than 25 years. He is survived by his widow, librarian at the Cedar City public library; two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Lil-lian Anderson, Milford, and Mrs. Arrnita Webb, Cedar City; a brother, Arthur Urie, and two sisters, Mrs. Elora Bryant and Miss Susie Urie all of Cedar City. The services will be conducted conduct-ed by Bishop Adam Seegmiller, and burial will be made in the Cedar City cemetery. |
