Show Four Divorces Granted in District Court Action Four Interlocutory decrees of divorce were granted in the JanuaryFebruary Jan-uaryFebruary session of the Fifth Judicial District Court in Parowan by Judge Will L. Hoyt to three plaintiffs from Cedar City and one from Beryl- One action was contested, in the case of Marshall R. Austin, plaintiff, vs Mary Anne Austin, defendant, of Beryl. The com-plaint com-plaint was filed on the grounds of adultery, and since it was contested, the case was tried before be-fore a jury. The decree was granted to the plaintiff on the grounds stated. No children were involved. In the case of Clair Beatty. plaintiff, vs Madge Woolsey Beatty, Cedar City, an Interlocutory Interloc-utory decree was granted on the grounds of cruelty. No children were involved. An interlocutory decree was granted to Camilla Pace Petty, plaintiff, vs Harold J. Petty, Cedar Ce-dar City, on the grounds of cruel-ty. cruel-ty. The plaintiff retained the custody of a three-year old daughter. In the final action, Lucile Wade, plaintiff, was granted an Interlocutory decree from Elmer T. Wade, Cedar City, on the grounds of non-support. No children were involved. |
