WALKER as Trustors, recorded August, 10, 1987 as Entry No. 0797310 in Book 1186 at page 402 of the Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in lavor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES SER-VICES COMPANY OF UTAH, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 19, 1990, as Entry No. 908767 in Book 1382, at Page 189 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Asso-ciates Financial Services Company of Utah, Inc.
