Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of March, Mar-ch, 1991, at 10:00 ajn. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of f ore closing a Trust Deed executed by leo R. Martinez and Arlene J. Martinez, Mar-tinez, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Hous-ing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded November 18, 1988 as Entry No. 842485, in Book 1266, at Page 207, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 1 137 West 2050 North, Clinton, Clin-ton, in Davis County, State of Utah 84015, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 90, LAKE VIEW GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 4, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. 1 Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 30, 1990 as Entry No. 906531, in Book 1378, at Page 461, of said official record. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
