Show County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF UTAH, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 20, 1990, as Entry No. 908904 in Book 1382 at page 448 of said official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Asso-ciates Financial Services Company of Utah, Inc. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbran-s, the following properly located at 488 West 175 North, Layton, Davis County, Utah: All of Lot 23, COOK SUBDIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office, for the purpose ofpaying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
