Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Faimington, Utah the 8th day of March, 1991, at 2:30 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 38, EMERALD HILLS PLAT "C", according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Commonly known as 1634 South Charlene Way, Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah 84010. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated December 31, 1986, and was executed ex-ecuted by GARY G. RUSHTON and KAYLENE RUSHTON, husband and wife, as Trustors, and in favor of BENEFICIAL MORTGAGE CO. OF UTAH, the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be GARY G.
