Show SECOND AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North Main Entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on October 25, 1990, at 11:15 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated September 2, 1982 and executed by LLOYD J. THOMAS and JOAN W. THOMAS, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of CITY CONSUMER CON-SUMER SERVICES, INC., as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as: All of Lot 22, MUIR MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO. 1 , in the City of Clinton, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. The street address of the property is purported to be 1268 West 1750 North, Nor-th, Clinton, Utah. The undereigned trustee disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owners of the property are reported to be LLOYD J. THOMAS and JOAN W. THOMAS. The total amount of the unpaid balance bal-ance of the obligation secured by the property and estimated costs, expenses ex-penses and advances at the time of the sale is $28,753.75. In addition to cash, the trustee will accept a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank.
