Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of October, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Mark D. Payne and Jackie W. Payne, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded June 27, 1980 as Entry No. 567668, in Book 828, at Page 1034, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 663 West 650 North, Clearfield, in Davis County, State of Utah 84015, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 221, GREEN HILL ACRES SUBDIVISION, PLAT "E", Clearfield City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded June 19, 1990 as Entry No. 894129, in Book 1356, at Page 945, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, the above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
