Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of October, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Gary D. Davis and Wendy L. Davis as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded January 24, 1985 as Entry No. 693118, in Book 1020, at Page 1317, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 1134 West 2525 North, Lay ton, in Davis County, State of Utah 84041, and more particularly described as follows: AU of Lot 103, AMENDED PLAT OF LAKELAND SUBDIVISION NO. 1, a subdivision of part of Section 7 and 8, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded June 11, 1990 as Entry No. 893373, in Book 1355, at Page 582, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to tide, possession, or encumbrances, the above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
