Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 9th day of October, Oc-tober, 1990, at 9:30 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Faimington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by BancPlus Mortgage Mor-tgage Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by William G. Allmendinger and Linda Allmendinger, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded May 11, 1983 as Entry No. 640061, in Book 942, at Page 136, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of General Electric Mortgage Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of default was recorded June 6, 1990, as Entry No. 893001, in Book 1354, at Page 844, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 18, WILSON SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 1 , Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder. Property address: 550 North 225 East, North Salt Lake City, UT 84054 Record Title Holder William G.
