Said Trust Deed was recorded February 11, 1971 as Entry No. 348190 in Book 450 at Page 226 et seq. in the office of the Davis County Recorder, Said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to POMONA FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION by an Assignment of Trust Deed dated June 2, 1971 and recorded June 4, 1971 as Entry No. 351949 in Book 458 at, Page 672 in the office of the Davis County Recorder.
