Church, dean of students. CEDAR CITY Southern Utah State College has posted its largest enrollment increase in-crease in nearly two decades and perhaps in the history of the College, college spokesman Michael Richards said recently. Fall quarter enrollment, based on the number of student packets issued this quarter, is expected to exceed 2,400. The student increase will be between 13 and 16 percnt.
