Mr. and Mrs.' LaMar Matheson enjoyed a visit recently from Mr. and Mrs. Sherwinn Taylor who were here from Lander, Wyo., to spend some time with Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Taylor of Pa rowan. Mrs. Debbie Wilson is in the Valley View Medical Center recovering from surgery. Mrs. Colleen Grimshaw returned home this week from the hospital lollowing surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Halterman were here recently to spend the weekend with Jay's mother, Mrs. Pearl Halterman. They also visited with Alice's brothers, Ivan and LaMar ; Matheson. and their families. They are moving from their home in New York state to Ogden. Mrs. Lois Olds and her mother. Mis. Agnes lk-moid, visited in Colorado with Diane olds Young and son. Mr. Mrs. Ileitcr Littlelii'ld liiinc Irom Henderson, Nrv. to visit with Mrs Mnnna Lit-tlefield. Lit-tlefield. Mrs. Kita Olson returned to her home in Alberta, Canada after spending some time here with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Net, helping to care lor the new baby .girl. Carol Scott and Robert Hafen were married last week in the St. George Temple. Robert is from Leeds, and the newlyweds were honored at an Open House in Leeds and a reception in Murray. Carla's parents, Willard and Donna Scott, were here. The ..Scott family lived in Midvalley until early this summer. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Scott and children and Mr. and Mrs. ,Frank Scott and lamily were here lor the wedding and visited here with Mr. and Mrs. Dee Wilcken and Mrs. lna Richardson and other family members. The Enoch Second Ward Elders Quorum sponsored spon-sored a movie at the Church on Friday evening with the proceeds to go to the family of little Adam Humphrey. The evening was a great success, attended by many friends and neighbors of Dan and Pauline. Word received by relatives is that Adam has had his surgery and is progressing well. Mr. and Mrs. I,yle Gibson have moved to Las Vegas where Lyle is working. We will miss them and hope they can return soon. Mr. and Mrs. K.J. Christiansen spent part ol last week in Monta.uma Creek, Ut. visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Mark |
