Workman, 18, of Dacono, Colo. ; Joseph Anthony Elliot, 25, of Denver; and two female juveniles, aged 15 and 16 were arrested on suspicion of stealing a 1970 Thunderbird from Dacono. Peterson first became suspicious of the group when he saw the car parked at the Cedar City Canyon Park. He ran a check on the license plates and learned the car was stolen, thus precipitating the arrest at approximately 2 p.m. at 200 W. Center. The two men are incarcerated in-carcerated in the Iron County Jail, while the two females are being held in juvenile detention. According to Holyoak, the Iron County Attorney, James L.
