Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah, Office of State Engineer, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 2, 1942. NOTICE is hereby given that John W. Spendlove of Hurricane, Utah, has filed Application No. 14587 to appropriate 10 sec. ft. of water from Frog Hollow Wash, tributary to the Colorado River in Washington County, at a point S. 1371 ft. and E. 518 ft. from the S Cor. Sec. 10, T. 42 S., R 13 W. The water will be diverted throughout the entire year by means of a small dam and a ditch 5000 ft. in length, which will divert the water to irrigate 360 acres of land located in the WSE; SNE Sec. 10; NW-NE; NW-NE; SWNW; WSW Sec. 15; NWNW Sec. 22, T. 42 S., R. 13 W., SLB&M. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said Application, with reasons rea-sons therefore, made in affidavit form, must be filed with Ed. H. Watson, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, SaJt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before March 7, 1942. ED. H. WATSON, State Engineer. First publication Jan. 8, 1942.
