Show Mid-Winter Red Cross First Aid Course Gets Underway Monday The mid-winter Red Cross course in standard first aid got under way last Monday night at the Woodward high school with 25 adult men and women enrolling the opening night. Coach Reed Blake of the Woodward high school faculty is the instructor, and reports that all others who plan to take the course should enroll next Monday night, as it would be difficult to catch up with the work later. While this course was set up primarily in the interest of local firemen and drug store employees, it is open to any adults who may care to enroll and is entirely free, with the exception of a small expense ex-pense for text books and small items of bandages used in practice experiments. Certificates in first aid will be issued to those satisfactorily satis-factorily completing the course. |
