Show rockyillT Mrs. Philetus Jones Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Dalton former residents of Rockville and now of Spanish Fork, were visit-ing visit-ing relatives and friends here last week. Mrs. Irving Dalton is home from Salt Lake City where she spent several weeks for her health. She is feeling better. Mrs. Almeda Dalton visited with her children and friends here for the past week. She is living in St. George now since the death of her husband. Mrs. Tom Sevy of Panguitch is visiting her mother, Mrs. Dee Lester. Word was received by Mr. and Mrs. Warren Hirschi of the birth of a daughter to their daughter, Mrs. George Atherley of Eureka on April 19. It is their first grandchild. Mrs. Oscar DeMille has been ill for two weeks with the flu. Ernest Langston spent a few days here from his ranch in Pipe Valley. He attended the banquet and dance for the opening of the amusement hall. Mrs. George Thaxton and family, fam-ily, Walter Thaxton and wife of Granger, Utah, Mrs. Ethel Erick-son Erick-son and Mrs. Reed and Miss Ar-della Ar-della Thaxton of Murray, relatives rela-tives of Stephen Jennings were here to his funeral services. Wilbur Jennings is recovering slowly from the accident to his eye and fingers. He is still in the Cedar City hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Worthen and son and Mr. and Mrs. David Woodbury of St. George visited with Mr. and Mrs. Afton Ballard and Mr. and Mrs. Walden Ballard last Sunday. |
