Show NEW HARMONY Mrs. O. Hammond Mrs. L. Mathis Reporters Frank Russell has returned to his home in Grafton after spending some time visiting here with his two daughters, Mrs. Glenn Graff and Mrs. James I. Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Condie of Cedar City visited Mr. Condie's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Grant, on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Hall are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Reese Davis have returned home after spending a month at the St. George Temple. Mr. and Mrs. George Kleinman and children of Toquerville are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Reese Davis. The weather here stays at the freezing point and most of the fruit crop is damaged. A son was born on April 15 to Mr. and Mrs. Keith Dubois of Pioche. Mrs. Dubois is the daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mathis. Ward Primary conference was held here Sunday. Stake board members, Mary Adams, Beth L. Edwards and Kate Taylor were present. Mario Topham accompanied accom-panied them. The program consisted con-sisted of each visiting officer giving giv-ing a talk. Saturday, five officers of the Fort Harmony D. U. P. camp motored mo-tored to St. George to attend the county convention. Those making the trip were Capt. Lula W. Mathis, Vice Capt. Viola Walton. Historian Melissa Hammond. Secretary Sec-retary LaVerna T. Englestead and Organist Wilma B. Pace. Mrs. Dean McFarlane and children child-ren are here visiting Mrs. Mc-Farlane's Mc-Farlane's mother, Mrs. Lurene Taylor. Glenn R. Graff and family spent the week-end in Rockville. |
