Show Rockville I Mrs. Philetns Jones Reporter Mrs. Jean Cripps of Los Angeles, is hereby visiting her father, Brigham Dalton and other relatives. rela-tives. Students attending school in St. George and Cedar City spent the week-end at home. Alton Jones, who is doing carpentry carp-entry work at the El Escalante hotel in Cedar City visited at home on Sunday. Mrs. Anna Wood of Hurricane with Mrs. Eliza Wakefield of Winslow, Arizona, visited with Mrs. Charles O'Brien last weekend. week-end. Mrs. Wakefield is an aunt of Mrs. Wood and Mrs. O'Brien. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Dalton and three children of Salt Lake City came here Friday and visited with relatives until Sunday noon: Miss Eleanor Lester, daughter fo Mrs. Nora Lester, was married mar-ried Thursday to Thomas Sevy of Panguitch, now employed at Zion National park. Mrs. Leon Sullivan and Keith Tobler of the stake Sunday school board of Hurricane visited our Sunday school yesterday. Mr. and Mrs. Steve Jennings and three sons spent Sunday here visiting friends and relatives. Philo Farnsworth, Mr. Day and Claud Hirschi were here Saturday giving speeches. Mr. and Mrs. Heber Hirschi and Mra. and Mrs. Grant Langston attended at-tended the U. E. A. convention in Salt Lake City. Edison Demill is taking over the camp ground and service station sta-tion here. Ira Cox who has been in charge has returned to St. George to work for Mr. Musser. Mr. and Mrs. Irad Demill of Rockville and Mr. and Mrs. White of Springdale made a trip to Oregon Ore-gon last week. Mrs. Marvin Terry is ill with an attack of rheumatism. |
