Show County Red Cross Leaders Attend Meet In Salt Lake City Saturday By ARTHUR PAXMAN A delegation of local Red Cross I officers attended the state con-! con-! vention in Salt Lake City last j week-end. Those attending were: j Mrs. Reed Blake, chairman of the local chapter; Sheriff Antone B. : Prince, chairman of disaster; Mrs. Mamie Paxman, chairman of i roll cail; Lawrence Wadsworth, chairman of finance: and Mrs. j Caddie Graff, chairman of Junior j Red Cross ! After the registration, the general gen-eral session was presided over by ; Mr. Oberhansley of the Cedar City chapter, who introduced i Adam S. Bennion. Mr. Bennion, head of Salt Lake City chapter, i gave an inspiring talk. ! Other speakers were Miss Max- ' i ine Axline. head of the production division in the Pacific branch. Mr. : Kolb of San Francisco and James T. Nicholson of Washington, D. C. first assistant to the national chairman. Mr. Nicholson has just returned from abroad where he supervised distribution of Red Cross supplies to war victims.
