Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the Daggett School District, Manila, Utah, will receive sealed proposals pro-posals on or before 8 p.m., Oct. 13, 1981 for the Flaming Flam-ing Gorge Elementary School, Dutch John, Utah, electric heat conversion Daggett School District, Manila, Utah. Proposals shall be submitted sub-mitted according to contract con-tract drawing specifications specifica-tions and other contracted con-tracted documents as prepared by Wamsley Engineering Company, 345 West 1600 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, phone 467-0041 These contract documents may be examined ex-amined and copies obtained ob-tained on or after Oct. 1, 1981 at offices of Wamsley Engineering Company. No deposit will be required. re-quired. The work called for will be under one contract. All bidders shall be pre-qualified pre-qualified by the Daggett School District. Each proposal pro-posal shall be made out on a form obtained at the office of the architect. Bids shall be accom-, panied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond for not less than 5 percent (5 percent of bid amount). Make payment to order of Daggett School District. If certified or cashier's check is used in lieu of bid bond a certificate cer-tificate from an approved surety company must guarantee execution of 100 percent performance bond and 100 percent payment pay-ment bond must accompany accom-pany bid. The bid bond or cashier's check should be forfeited in event the contractor con-tractor fails or refuses to conform to the contract or to furnish the required performance bond and payment. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faith payment bond and a material payment bond in an amount equal to 100 percent ( 100 percent of contract price). The district reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all proposals pro-posals or waive any informality infor-mality in the proposal.
