Show Student choose menus for Lunch Week Local students are participating in National School Lunch Week by entering enter-ing their own menus for next week's lunches and making posters. The menus chosen and the students who entered the menus are as follows: Central Elementary First grade winner: Cory Smith. Menu: hamburger, fries, corn, orange, milk. Second grade winner: Misty Billings. Menu: Taco, parrot stick, buttered green beans, peaches, chocolate cake, milk. Fifth grade winner: Jennifer Murray. Mur-ray. Menu: Pork gravy over whipped potatoes, cabbage wedge, banana, hot roll, milk. Sixth grade winner: Amber Crellin. Menu: Fish, broccoli, carrot stick, fruit salad, hot roll, milk. Poster winners at Central Elementary Elemen-tary are Lori Olsen, first grade; Amberly Gibson, second grade; Jeffrey Lewis John, third grade; Brandi Clark, fourth grade; Cheri Serre, fifth grade and Merlyn Peltier, sixth grade. Honorable mentions went to Jeffrey Shop, first grade; Jennifer Murray, second se-cond grade; Julie Gifford, third grade; Chris Crites, fourth grade; Christine Schatz, fifth grade and Stephanie Ross, sixth grade. Maeser Elementary October 12 Susan Richens. Menu: Hot dogs, tater tots, corn, fruit cup, milk. October 13 Dalynn Black. Menu: Tacos, French fries, carrot stick, fruit, milk. October 14-National Lunch. Turkey on a bun, vegetable dippers, crispy potatoes, chilled mixed fruit, million dollar cookie, milk. October 15 Joelle Oviatt. Menu: Cowboy delight, whole wheat rolls, carrot car-rot and celery sticks, fruited jello, milk. October 16 J. Ralls. Menu: Hamburger, Ham-burger, tater tots, pears, no bake cookie, chocolate milk. |
