Dannette Petersen, pole bending; Tamra Vincent, goat tying and Dana Petersen, team roping, placed fifth. Fifth place winners were awarded gift certificates. Nabbing sixth places and a halter were: Workman, open barrels; Wilkins, novice barrels; Jenkins, pole bending; Marcie McNeill, goat tying and Dixie Allen, team roping. Cassie Allen pocketed the junior barrel bar-rel racing crown and the most improved improv-ed junior buckle was awarded to Mikki Wilkins. Dana Petersen and Joan Reidhead nabbed sportsmanship buckles. Moncreif won the most improved im-proved buckle and Young pocketed the all around buckle. Officers for the 1982 season are: Dana Petersen, president; Dixie Allen, vice president; Marie Jenkins, secretary; Tamra Vincent, treasurer and Cindy Young, publicity. |
