I: JOHN E. CUNNINGHAM JR. Services held for J. Cunningham John Edward Cunningham Jr., Vernal, died Oct. 1, 1981 from accidental ac-cidental carbon monoxide intoxication near Duchesne at the age of 26. He was born Jan. 22, 1955 in Dexter, Maine, to John Edward and Margaret Judkins Cunningham. Mr. Cunningham served an LDS mission in the Montana, Billings mission from 1975 to 1977. A sales representative for the Western Company of North America, he married Kathryn Hall. June 3, 1977 in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife. Kathryn and two sons, John E. Cunningham III and Caleb Cunningham, Vernal; his parents, Dexter, Maine; eight brothers, Merton, Guilford, Connecticut; David, Doug, Brent, Brian. Dale. Clayton and Garey, Dexter, Maine; and two sisters, Laura and Mabelle, Dexter, Maine. He was preceded in death by a brother, LeRoy. Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 3, 1981 in the Naples LDS 2nd Ward Chapel. Burial was in the American Fork Cemetery.
