Show Notice to Contractors Board of Commissioners Grand County Utah Grand County Courthouse Moab, Utah 84532 1. Sealed proposals will be received at this office until 2 o'clock P.M. MDST on Monday, February 3, 1975 for the following described work: Construction of a Fire Protection Equipment Building, Canyonlands Field, Moab, Utah. According to the plans on file in the Grand County Coun-ty Courthouse, Moab, Ut. 2. Proposals will be publicly opened in the Commissioner's Room at or about 2:00 P.M. MDST o'clock on February Febru-ary 3, 1975 by the Board of Commissioners, Grand County Utah. 3. Instruction to bidders, bid-ders, specifications and forms for contract and bond, together with plans and profiles when prepared, pre-pared, may be obtained from Frederick L. Grove, Architect, Rt. 1, Box 233A, Dolores, Colorado, Co-lorado, telephone 303-882-4209. 4. The successful bidder bid-der will be required to comply with all applicable applica-ble Federal labor laws, including the minimum wage rate decision of the U.S. Department of Labor. 5. The proposed contract con-tract is under and subject sub-ject to Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, and to the Equal Opportunity Clause. 6.
