Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE National Forest Timber Tim-ber Sale, Manti-LaSal National Forest, Valley View Sale, located within T48N, R19W, NMPM. Sealed bids will be received re-ceived by the Forest Supervisor, Su-pervisor, or his authorized author-ized representative, at the office of the Forest Supervisor, 350 East Main Street, Price, Utah 84501, at 2:00 p.m. local time, February 24, 1975, to be followed immediately immedi-ately by oral bidding for an estimated 1070 M board feet of live and recently dead (sound sapwood) timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum mini-mum acceptable bid per M board feet is: ponder-osa ponder-osa pine, $33.00. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of sale as provided pro-vided by quarterly adjustment ad-justment provisions of the timber sale contract. Additional deposit required re-quired for slash disposal dispos-al is $3.17 per M board feet for all species. In addition there is within the sale area an unesti-mated unesti-mated volume of older dead (unsound sapwood) timber of all SDecies which will be paid for at $1.00 per M board feet. The required bid guarantee guar-antee is $2,400.00. Available road purchaser purch-aser credits at advertises adver-tises rates are $9,993. The maximum amount that may become available avail-able for this sale is $9,993.00. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violations of the domestic processing requirement constitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation, or refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment de-barment or suspension from bidding on future timber sales. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
