Show FALL SPECIAL Combine sausage with sauerkraut sauer-kraut in this simple way. Sprinkle caraway seed over cooked sauerkraut sauer-kraut and simmer with chopped apple and onion. In the meantime, prepare sausage links in the usual manner place links in frying-pan with three or four tablespoons of water, cover and cook slowly for about 10 minutes or until water evaporates. Remove cover and brown the sausages on all sides. For serving, arrange the hot sausage sau-sage links over the sauerkraut. |
