Show Services Held On Monday For Former Resident Funeral services were conducted conduc-ted Monday forenoon in Salt Lake CJity for Mra. Margaret Alien Malmstrom, 66, a native of Springville, who died last Wednesday Wednes-day after a short illness. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery. Born in Sprmg-ville, Nov. 4, 1882, she was a daughter of Charles E. and Elizabeth Watkins Allan. She was married to Francis Joseph Malmstrom April 11, 1904, in Provo. A resident of Salt Lake City 22 years, Mrs. Malmstrom was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Lady Macabee No. 27. She was also a member of the Salt Lake chapter of the Utah Asociation For the Blind. Survivors, besides her husband, are three daughters: Mrs. Gilbert Olson, Coos Bay, Ore.; Mrs. E. A. Hcdlund, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Lloyd Whitehead, Springville; Spring-ville; four brothers; James G. Allan, Al-lan, Mapleton; Charles Allan, Salt Lake City; Joseph and Henry Allan, Al-lan, Springville; three sisters: Mrs. Rebecca Twede, Payson; Mrs. Austotn Houtz, Mapleton, and Mrs. Hannah Barker, Springville; four grandchildren, and two greatgrandchildren. |
