OCR Text	Show BIG FLAG RAISED AT MILLING PLANT OGDEN, Nov. 10. The employees of the Globe Grain and Milling companv, in the West Ogden district, thin afternoon after-noon held the general flag-raining at The mills. The flagpole Is seventy-five feet high and stands on the top of the tower. 185 feet high, making the flag float in the breezy J60 feet above the ground. The large ''lag was purchased by the employees through a small contribution from each. After the flag-raising ceremony, the 150 employees formed the Globe Mills Mutual association, which will provide for the men in case of sickness or injury.
