St officers it APPOINTED Heads of West High Junior Reserve Training Corps Named. Announcement of tho appointments of commissioned and non-commissioned officers of-ficers of the junior reserve officers' training corps of the West high school was made yesterday afternoon by Captain Cap-tain R. M. Thomas, commandant. The appointments have been delayed owing to the resignation of former Cadet Major Edwin C. Coffin. Recently new appointments were made to the positions of major and battalion commander. George Von Elm was made major, while Robert R. Pitts was made captain and personnel adjutant. Delbert Everltt was promoted to captain and supply officer, while Dan Wells was made first lieutenant and battalion adjutant. ad-jutant.
