D. 1910, before sa'd court at ShU UtVse City, In said district, at 10 o'clock In the forenoon; and that notice no-tice thereof bo published in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed In said district, dis-trict, and that all known creditors and other persons In interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, If anv thev have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted.
