Bids will ho opened publicly at 11 o'clock a. m., November 28 11)10. according to pinna and specifications specifica-tions prepared by Pope & Burton, architects archi-tects No. 5-9 Newhouse building, riult I ake city, Utah, for the installation of the electrical equipment and wiring, etc., of tho new county infirmary on Twenty-first Twenty-first South street, between Stale and Second Sec-ond East streets, Salt Lake City, Utah. Instructions to bidders, together with plans, specifications, form of contract and bond may be obtained at tho office of Pope & Burton, architects, No. WD New-house New-house building, November 10, 1919, on deposit de-posit of twenty dollars ($20.00). The Board of County Commissioners has and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid which the board deems beat, and waive minor defects.
