Show J. CLIFFORD NELSON IS RETURNING HOME J. Clifford Xelson of 7fil Roosevelt avenue ave-nue has just received his discharge from military service, and will arrive in Salt Lake from Riverside, Cal., early next week. according to advices received by his wife, formerly Miss Mayme .Torgen-sen. .Torgen-sen. yesterday. Xelson was called into active service last duly, and has graduated gradu-ated from the ground school of military aeronautics at Berkeley, and was at Riverside Riv-erside receiving flying- training wdten the t armistice was signed and the opportunity offered to apply for a discharge. He would have received a lieutenant's commission com-mission within two months. Before entering the service Xelson was connected with the Judd-Brower Auto company of this city. His mother. Mrs. A. C. Xelson, resides at 8-10 Park street. He has three brothers still in Ihe military service Lieutenant C. La Mar. Lb u-tenant u-tenant A. Claron and Irving C. candidate for a commission at the central officers' training camp at Waco, Texas. |
