Show BLIND BUSINESS MAN DIES AT RICHMOND Special to The Tribune. ! RICHMOND. Nov. 21. William W. Hendricks, a prominent business man of Richmond, died at his home Wednesday morning, following an attack of influenza influ-enza and pneumonia. Mr. Hendricks is the first victim of the disease in this city, . although there are 110 cases. Mr. Hendricks, who was the owner of the Hlendricks confectionery, was 39 years old. For ten years lie had been totally blind, as a result of an accident raused by the explosion of giant powder. He is survived by his widow. Mrs. Marie Mahler Hendricks, and three children Ron, 13; Margaret, 1J, and Ford, 5. He also' is survived by his father, William S. Hendricks, and t,he following brothers and sisters: Leland Hendricks, Guy Hendrirks, Willis Hendricks. Mrs. Fred Atkinson. Mrs. Ilattie Hupke. Mra. C. 1 1. Anderson. Mrs. A. C. Brown of Ogden Og-den and Mrs. L. B. Gunnel. Funeral servires were held at 3 p. m. today at the City cemetery. |
