Show FIRST UTAH CASUALS WILL L13 SUNDAY Welcoming Committee la Named by Governor Bamberger. Governor Bamberger is informed, in a telegram received yesterday from the city editor of tho i"ew York American, that the first detachment of Utah soldiers coming from Europe will arrive in New York tomorrow. Major J. S. Ear ley of the adjutant's office expresses the opinion that these are probably "casuals' or men who have heen injured or are on the hospital list from other causes. Xo information was contained in the dispatch as to' the number of Utah men expected in the first contingent. So far the. governor has named the following citizens to act on the welcoming welcom-ing committee, in response to the request of the directors of the Fifth Avenue association. as-sociation. New York, which plans reception recep-tion celebrations, with a block along the avenue decorated especially for each state in the Union: C. A. Groesbeck. formerly general manager of the Utah Power & Light company, chairman; Walter Wal-ter P.
