WANT EMPLOYMENT BUREAU AT PROVO Special to The Tribune. PROVO, July 20. Secretary Arch M. Thurman of the Provo Commercial club was In Salt Lake yesterday for a conference con-ference with the state industrial commission commis-sion on the question of labor and em ployment. The commission Is desirous of establishing public employment bureaus in Ogden, Provo and Lopan similar to th one in Salt Lake for the registration of persons who want employment and tq receive applications from employers who are in need of help in orchards, on farms and in manufacturing industries, and for the interchange of this information among all the bureaus, so that the bene-, fits mav be general throughout the state. There are some unsettled details, main-, ly relating to the expenses connected with conducting the bureaus. Mr. Thurmm will go to Salt Lake again tomorrow for further discussion of ways and means to 1 make the plan operative.
