He said that throughout the Pacific coast business conditions are better than they have been In a number of months, as the Increasing of the output of the various vari-ous shipbuilding plants has caused a great amount of money to be placed In circulation. In San FTanclsco all of fhe manufacturing plants are advertising for men and in the southern part of California Califor-nia the fruit associations are making preparations to have enough men on hand to care for the citrus fruit crop.
