Show JOHNSON AGAIN SAYS HE'S OF TlTEiTY Declares War to the End; Will Work Hard to Put Henry Out of League. By International Xews Service. CHICAGO, Feb. 12. Diplomatic relations rela-tions between the "big leagues and the Players' fraternity have been severed. Ban Johnson announced today that the American league could not recognize the fraternity in any way not even to speak to and that he believed the attitude o( the National league was the same. According Ac-cording to Johnson, Fultz sprang his strike at the wrong time, and the only possible attitude for the leagues to take now was to wage war to the limit.
