Show TO DEDICATE NEW LIBRARY THURSDAY Special to The Tribune. MT. PLEASANT, Feb. 12. The new Carnegie library, which hay just been completed at a cost of $10,000, will be formally dedicated and opened to the public Thursday afternoon.
