Show UTAH Y. M. C. A. BOYS BACK FROM MEETING Nest Gathering Will Be Held at Twin Falls; Youths Are Well Entertained Enter-tained at Pocatello. -4 The Utah delegation returned from the older boys' Y. M. C. A. conference at Pocatello for southeastern Idaho and; northern Utah yesterday morning. There were eighteen boys in the group. Homer L. Hoisington, local boys' secretary of the Y. M.' C. A,, was in charge of the Salt Lake lads, while Edgar G. Johnston, John-ston, instructor in the Ogden high school, had the youths of that city under un-der his care. This is the first time that Utah has been invited to the Y. M. C. A. conference in Idaho. Eugene Brisline, former secretary, was elected president, Howard Bardwell of Salt Lake vice president and Carlyle Pickett of Twin Falls secretary. Twin Falls was selected as the convention con-vention citv in 1917. American Falls gave Twin Falls a hard fight. There wore 13 15 delegates present. Harold Vwlhart of Salt Lake was chairman of the resolutions committee. C. A. Valentine entertained the delegates dele-gates at the Pocatello Commercial club Saiurday. Dr. and Mrs. W. F. Howard entertained the out-of-town boys Sunday Sun-day at luncheon. E. A. Krussman, general gen-eral secretary of the Pocatello Y. M. ' C. A., and John H. Budd, boys' secre-j secre-j tarv on the executive committee, were in charge of the conference. |
