Show SCHOOLS WILL KEEP RED AND BLACK DAY Music Programme Arranged for This Morning; Observance to Wind Up With Big Ball Tonight. Today is "Red and Black" day at the two Salt Lake high schools. This is an annual event and has been observed for many years in the high schools. Classes will be shortened and school will be dismissed dis-missed for the holidays at 1 o'clock. The afternoon is to be given up to the regular exercises of Red and Black day, and the big Red and Black dance will be given at the auditorium this evening, completing the festivities held annually on this day. At the East high an elaborate programme pro-gramme has ben made out and many numbers num-bers prepared. Musical selections by several sev-eral of the school organizations will be given and speeches by prominent students and recent graduates of the East institution. insti-tution.
