Show CREDITORS SAY THAT MERCHANT HAS FLED Creditors of D. Rosenthal of Ogden, a clothing merchant who recently Hied a petition pe-tition to have himself declared an involuntary invol-untary bankrupt, say he Is missing, and thai a member of the Thiel Detective agency has disappeared also. On motion of attorneys for the creditors, an order was issued yesterday afternoon by the federal district court to require Mr. and Mrs. H. Albert, B. Maloney and Harry Kissel! of Ogden to appear before S. L. Com, United States commissioner at Ogden, Og-den, and answer questions about Rosenthal Rosen-thal and his property. It Is alleged by the creditors that Rosenthal, Ros-enthal, who owned the Golden Eagle store at Ogden, either sold or hid certain of his' stock for which he owed considerable money. It is further alleged that he was hidden and protected by Ogden friends. Creditors of Rosenthal claim they sold him merchandise to the, value of $19,000, and that much of this merchandise is missing and unaccounted for. |
