OCR Text	Show Oil From Tampico. NKW YORK, July 12. The motor ship Oleupool reached here to-lay from Tampico Tam-pico and Tuxpam, Mexico, with a large earffo of oil. Aboard the vessel were eleven Americans, nine men and two women. The Americans said that when the Olenpool was ready to leave Tampico a Carranza. Keneral demanded an export tax of 6 cents a barrel on oil. Abandoning Abandon-ing the cargo at Tampico, the men said, the Gienpool proceeded to Tuxparn. where a new cargo was loaded without trouble.
